Refund policy

Return Conditions:
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). All returns must completed within 10 business days if purchase. 

Opened items cannot be resold and are therefore ineligible for a full refund. A $12.95 return shipping fee applies to all returns.

All returns are subject to inspection. Any return requests made after 10 business days from delivery date will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 10 days of your receipt of goods. 

 We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.

On receipt, the returned goods will be promptly inspected and your refund will be processed according to the findings. We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. 

Non-Refundable Items:
Fragrance samples, discovery kits, sale items, candles, soaps, body butter (Home & Body) and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact us with any specific queries regarding these items.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

La Jetée Perfumery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide necessary support to facilitate your claim, but resolution must be handled by the carrier.
