Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during high-volume periods and may take longer than usual.

Orders $150 and Over: 

Complimentary Standard Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages:

La Jetée Perfumery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide necessary support to facilitate your claim, but resolution must be handled by the carrier.

Backorders:

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with an anticipated shipping date. You may choose to either wait for the item or cancel the order for a full refund.

Holiday Season and Special Discounts:

During Holidays season and discounts/ sale, we get overwhelming amount of orders. All orders will be shipped but might be delayed. Please be patient and if you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone number.
